The Hong Kong-based Action Committee for Defending the Diaoyuislands (ACDD) is scheduled to launch an expedition to the Tiaoyutai Islands in the East China Sea next month to assert Chinese sovereignty over the island group, ACDD Chairman David Ko said Tuesday.
